Haven't seen this for a while.
Raindrops beading up on the new 'ride'.
The view outside, through the kitchen door.
A puddle!
Another puddle!!
A little stream running off the side of the driveway.
The rainy vista, as seen from the front porch.
Ditto ... view from the side driveway.
Didn't have to water the nursery pots yesterday. Look how big the roses are now!!
I know the roses are happier now.
... you suspected that I was going to end a post titled "Raindrops on Roses" with this, didn't you?
Happy Sunday, Everyone.
You have a beautiful place there... and oh, for that RAIN!!!! It blew us off! UGH!!!...
ReplyDeleteI understand the excitement.
We had two or 3 showers, but not NEAR enough to make up for the lack of it over the past month. I'm sure your gardens are breathing a bit easier.

Rain, glorious rain! We are supposed to have rain several days next week...hoping it moves your way too!
ReplyDeleteLovely pics of a lovely place!
Lovely post as always. Beautiful images.
ReplyDeleteConnie we had rain the past couple of days and I was so thankful. My deck garden I water but the rest of the yard is waiting on the heavens. Love your photos and the last one I must admit is my favorite. I am a huge cat fan! I love the shadows on her face!
ReplyDeleteWe finally got some rain too and I was so happy to see it! Love your pictures...especially the raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens! These are a few of my favorite things!
