Here they are:
This looks pretty darned glamorous, doesn't it? We do lots of staring at the map, riding in the Gator, walking around, making notes, and doing the best we can to have enough information to prepare for putting the volunteers to work next Saturday.
Now I'm wondering if the interview that I did with the reporter is going to be published ... if it is, I will let you know.

Better watch out for the paparazzi, they'll be chasing after you!
ReplyDeleteYou're famous! Good luck with your work day.
ReplyDeleteWay to go! Wish I wasn't allergic to plants, I'd love to help and haunt a cemetery.
ReplyDeleteVery cool, glad you are getting some recognition for your hard work! I should send you the names of my relatives buried there to see if you stumble upon their graves.

I've loved catching up on your posts about the cemetery! The sculptures and monuments are truly works of art, and I would be distracted too! But it sounds like a very, very productive day and if it ends up as an article, I'd enjoy reading it!
ReplyDeleteTake care!!
You guys look so serious and so important! Good luck on Saturday.
ReplyDeleteSo you're a PUBlished blogger now! : }

The photo of the map places into perspective the scope of your undertaking (no pun intended). It is great to see such a large cemetary, not something that we see here in Florida. Thank you for taking on such an important project.
ReplyDeleteDon Rogers
Don, Hollywood Cemetery is 135 acres ... you're right, this is a VERY large undertaking.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear about how your work day goes :)
ReplyDeleteConstructive staring -- an important feature of successful gardening.
ReplyDeleteOh, let us know! I'd love to read the article....
