Comfy Kitties

Adopting two littermate kittens last year is one of the best things we have done in a long, long time.  I swear I can feel my blood pressure go down whenever I sit and watch them.

Today I offer cat photos, as a contribution toward lowering the stress you may have in YOUR lives ... let's see if it works.

Alice

Her favorite spot is this corner of the family room sofa.

Sometimes Alice gets really comfortable, and she forgets that cats are supposed to be dignified.

Dorothy is a little bit more ladylike and proper than her sister.

Okay, maybe not.

Sleepy kitties are a sign that all is right with the world.

There ... don't you feel better?

Alice and Dorothy would like to wish Baby Kitty at
a very happy 8th Birthday!

I sometimes sleep like that too, Alice. I mean, at my age... who cares. LOL

I think the 4 kittens we are fostering are going to look a lot like your girls. Lucky them!

Looks like they own the place!
I have to ask?..... Alice "in Wonderland" and Dorothy "from Oz"???

They certainly do! They look like very pampered cats. The last picture of them curled up together is lovely!

Eyes crinkling in
a smile....yes.
What gorgeous cats
and I love that one
has long hair and
not the other. Gives
them their own looks!

Cats make a home complete! Much more inviting to see a cat curled up on a sofa than just a sofa!! Your girls are gorgeous, dignified or not.

I do feel better AND worse. Better for having seen your babies and worse for not having any kitties at home right now....Yours are beautiful and you can tell that they are well loved-xo Diana

Of course! I have a hard time seeing cat bellies without wanting to put my face in them, although I have learned that some aren't as receptive to this as our Katie was. Your girls are so sweet.

Yep, got cats, have VERY good blood pressure. However, it went even lower at the sight of these handsome, contented babies :)

Have a great weekend!
