Sunday Snapshot.

Yesterday morning, as I was getting ready to go to the Richmond Rose Society's Christmas Brunch, I rounded the corner into the dining room and I saw this ...

There were Alice and Dorothy, sitting contentedly, sharing their precious paper grocery bag.  (Doesn't everyone you know store a pile of molding in their dining room?)

I immediately thought, "Please stay there till I get my camera!!"

At eight months old, they almost look like big girls now.  That's Alice's fluffy tail curled around behind Dorothy.

"If we don't look at her, maybe she'll stop this and go away."

This was too cute not to share.  I hope you had a good weekend.

  1. They are beautiful girls... amazing how a long and short hair can be from the same litter. Can see in their faces and coloring that they are sibs. :-)

  2. A very sweet moment for the two of them. It's as though they are connected at the hip.

  3. They are so cute. Almost like twins but different! I love them! So happy they came to live with you.

  4. How sweet and wasn't it nice of them to hold still until you could take the picture?

  5. They are adorable. So glad you got the photos of them on the bag.

  6. Super cute kitties!

Today while i was babysitting my three year old nephew, our cat, Seven, climbed up on his lap and went to sleep :) If i didnt have the one year old alseep in mine I definitely would've had to have a photo!

  7. How can you tell them apart? They are beautiful girls and your images are so great of them. Don't cats lay on the weirdest things? Mine always amaze me with their antics.

  8. I've been so bogged down with work that I almost missed this precious post! Alice and Dorothy are so very sweet, and what good girls to wait for mommy to get her camera!

    Kat :)

  9. Connie, They are so sweet...just look at those adorable faces.

  10. LOL! How cute is that???!! They are soo adorable, Connie! What IS is about cats and paper bags, anyway? lol! My old calico girl, Sophie, has a habit of slipping under the linen coverlet on our bed and staying there all day long. Every time I go into the bedroom, there's this little lump beneath the covers purring away. lol!

    xoxo laurie

  11. OMG, how very precious! I would say they are very best friends, wouldn't you!?! Fabulous photo.
