I Promise ... I'm Still Here

Lots going on right now (all of it good) and, as a result, I'm not here as often as I would like ... spending less time on the computer and more time doing other stuff.  Most days start in the garden, riding a wave of energy and motivation and whipping this place into shape.

Today, I'm debuting a new rose program for a local garden club.

I can't wait to tell you all about all of it!

    1. Hi, Linda! I have been here keeping up with all of my favorites (you are among them), but I haven't been posting or commenting. Read, smile, move on ... that's about all I've had the time and energy to do.

    1. That's why I felt the need to post something ... to make sure that everyone knows that I'm alive and well, and still around. It sometimes makes me worry when it appears that a blogger I enjoy has dropped off the face of the earth.

    1. The cover photo was taken years ago in my friend Robert's garden. It was a very special place.

    1. Thank you! This new program is based on a hand-out that I wrote years ago, which was put into a blog post in 2011. I reworked the description a bit, put in new photos, and (tah dah) a 30-minute PowerPoint program was born!

    1. I am a perfect embodiment of of the properties of inertia ... when I'm in motion, it's hard to keep up with me ... when I'm at rest, I'm catatonic. Lots of motion going on for the past few weeks.

  6. Glad to see you're still alive and well, just productively busy. Love your cover for the rose program.

Have fun and I'm looking forward to hearing and seeing all about it.

    1. Alive and well and HAPPY. I find that it's hardest for me to make the time to post here when I'm most satisfied with life. When I'm bummed or discouraged, sitting here and writing posts is a breeze. I had to put up something when I realized that it had been almost two weeks since I posted, just to make sure that it was clear that I hadn't deserted.

  7. As much as I miss good blogs gone dark, I always figure the author is too busy having fun to post. At least that's what I always hope!

  8. No problem!
I totally understand the busy thing.
I'm in that boat too. Sadly there's just not enough hours in the day.
But I'm excited to hear about your rose program!
    Enjoy!
    xoxo
