A Glimpse of Ruby

I walked into the dining room a little while ago, and this is what Ruby was doing.

She must have wanted to see if there was anything going on at the winery next door, but our windows are too high.  She hopped up onto the church pew underneath the window, and now she can see fine.  (She's not supposed to be up there ... but today I don't mind.)

  2. Our pups love to sit at the front door and look out the glass storm door. In fact they expect us to leave the inside door open so they can pass the time this way. Your pup loves seeing out too I see.

  4. They get so excited to look out the window they kinda 'forget' how they got up there! Cute photo op! Hugs, Linda

  5. My parents used to have a dog that loved to sit in the window of my mother's office, which was behind her desk. You could be sitting by the computer, typing and e-mail, when the dog would jump on your lap, continue on to the keyboard - occasionally causing the odd deletion of files - and then making its way behind the screen to the window where it had a nice view of what was going on in the street outside...

It seems Ruby's way to the window is somewhat less interrupting, and I believe all dogs should have access to a vantage point where they can observe the world outside.
